My experience with this shop was top-notch. First, the customer service wing and inspector opened early to accommodate my schedule. Once they received my vehicle, I received biweekly updates about its status. The meticulous attention to detail of the repair team uncovered extra damage as a result of my accident was able to fix that as well. It was like receiving a new car. I am very satisfied with my experience with this shop from start to finish.

I was so impressed with the service at Top Car. I brought in my car after scratching up the doors in a parking garage and they had it back to me looking good as new in less than 2 days. They even gave it a good cleaning on both the exterior and interior! Emily at the front desk was so sweet and helpful too, I was having a hard time getting a rental car but she offered to call the agency personally and she had someone coming to pick me up in less than 10 minutes. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience getting my car fixed. I would highly recommend this body shop to anyone who wants fast & fairly priced service without sacrificing quality of work.
